User Manual

Follow these steps to create your account, request farm inputs, and keep track of updates.

  1. 1Create and verify your account

Choose Sign up, enter your details and Gmail address, then enter the six-digit code sent to that address. Codes expire after 10 minutes; use Resend OTP if needed.

  2. 2Sign in and request farmer registration

Open the Farmer Portal and sign in. Complete the Registration Request form by providing your RSBSA number, contact information, barangay, municipality, and farm details. Submit the form and wait for the admin to review and approve your registration.

  3. 3Submit a farm input request

Once the admin approves your registration request, open Farmer Request and provide your farm details. Select the type of farm input, such as seeds or fertilizer, choose an available item, enter your farm area in hectares, and submit your request.

  4. 4Track requests and distribution

Check My Requests for pending, approved, or rejected updates and any reason provided. Follow the office's instructions for pickup when an approved request is ready.

  5. 5Use reports and account tools

Submit harvest details and an optional photo in Harvest Report, update your information in Profile, and use AgriConnect for help. Never share your password or OTP.

Tip: check the landing-page notifications and your dashboard regularly for announcements and request updates.
